Welcome to Alison Lee's Portfolio

Flip amongst the tabs to see internal front-end engineering projects. These project cover a spectrum of tools to create, display, explore, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot states of marketplace, experiments, and map-making. They consist of Web dashboards, interactive visualizations, and UI components built with JS, React, Redux, flow-types, GraphQL, and rpc data fetching.

My resume provides more traditional work and skills information.

Web Dashboard Applications

Several dashboard web apps to investigate, to model, to analyze, and to simulate marketplace situations.

Experimentation

Create two Web-based, experimentation products: Marketplace involving methodologies that address network effects and traditional randomized A/B tests.

Map-Making

Sign dedupe, a triaging tool, enable operators to view a series of images and identify them as signs. Placement on a roadmap could be adjusted. Dashboard to manage tasks, progress, and outcomes related to jobs for auto-generation of road maps from GPS traces.

Reusable Component Libraries

Create, harvest, and greenskeep a variety of React.js visualization and UI components.

First Uber Visualization Hackathon – Winning Entry

Create visualizations for a data set tracking progress through a Web application. Used node and link; A node was a point in the progression and the links indicate transition to next set of nodes. Node size represent number of users and thickness of links indicate percentage of the outbound using that link.

Win 8.1 2D/3D Maps
